How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days and next-day options for urgent adventures. Shipping is free on all orders over £50 within the UK. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
What is your return policy for clothing and equipment?
We offer a 123-day return policy. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original, unused condition for a full refund. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing hardware and PPE cannot be returned once opened.
