The Alpine Bond is our ironclad warranty. If any of our products fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund it. If you damage it yourself, we offer a cost-effective repair service to keep your gear in action.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days and next-day options for urgent adventures. Shipping is free on all orders over £50 within the UK. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
What is your return policy for clothing and equipment?
We offer a 123-day return policy. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original, unused condition for a full refund. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing hardware and PPE cannot be returned once opened.

Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. Our technical fit is designed for layering; we recommend sizing up if you prefer a looser fit or plan to wear multiple heavy mid-layers underneath.
